Hello all

I have been working starting up the next Club (takes time, so starting now) and have looked at some long and short term goals to grow our wonderful association further. At present we have by my calculation 28 members (kids and adults) and I have attached my plan to increase short term to 55 members by April/May next year. An association’s growth can only be achieved when we all work together. Please look at the attached sheet and you will see that the short term goals are very achievable, as are the long term (in the main).

If anyone can please help grow the immediate membership of Escot and Exmouth, then that will be a good start. Dan will be busy soon with the birth of his first baby (a new sensei in the making) and we have our first of two seminars at Escot with our technical directors on the 24th September and our next grading on the second Saturday in October. I will be discussing this with you all on Thursday and Monday. Exciting times ahead!!!!
